Terms and Conditions

Live streaming is not guaranteed

We guarantee that we will attend your wedding, film it in our cameras and use state-of-the-art streaming equipment to try to broadcast it live.

But we cannot guarantee that the stream will work - even though almost all of our streams do work perfectly.

There are many links in the streaming chain that can ‘break’ and are beyond our control to fix. Mobile data networks might be disrupted; the servers that receive our signal might freeze or the video platform that streams to viewers might suffer a failure. We use world-leading service providers, but even they can have outages.

There is always a video of the wedding - even if the stream has problems.

We are recording inside our cameras in and upload that copy to your streaming page soon after the wedding if we cannot broadcast it live.

You also get a high-qualityvideo copy to keep on USB.

No refund is given if a stream is not able to go live for reasons beyond our direct control.

Bookings

A booking fee of $200.00 is payable to secure your booking, with the balance of your charges payable one month prior to your wedding.

The booking fee is non-refundable and is forfeited if you cancel your booking. If you need to change your date we will try to accomodate you, but cannot guarantee our availability for the new date. If we are available we will carry your booking fee forward - if we are not available the booking fee is forfeited.

When we reserve a date for you we reserve a camera crew and equipment for you, and turn away anyone else seeking that same date. That is why we retain the booking fee on cancelled bookings.

The balance of your charges are payable one month prior to your wedding. We will not attend a wedding if full payment has not received by this time.

Covid policy

If Chief Health Officer Covid-related orders disallow weddings from occurring we will work with you to reschedule to a new date. If we cannot help you on your revised date we will refund your booking fee and any other payments made.

Our requirements

Early access to the venue - to setup and test our equipment we arrive at the venue 60 minutes prior to the wedding for a single-camera coverage or 90 minutes prior for a multi-camera coverage

Clear lines of sight for our cameras - our main camera is located at the rear, looking straight down the aisle. In multi-camera coverages we add a wireless camera at the front looking at the bride and another wireless camera looking at the groom, or back over his shoulder to the crowd. If these lines of sight are blocked the stream may be compromised.

Venue wireless mics switched on early - so we can be sure we do not have a frequency conflict. If we do, we will change our mics to another frequency.
